Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Zaith ("Service"), operated by Zaith ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Zaith.

2. Description of service

Zaith is an Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) platform that monitors how brands appear in AI-generated responses across engines including ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, Copilot, Grok, and Meta AI. The Service provides visibility scores, competitor analysis, content recommendations, and alerts.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide a valid email address and keep your account credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
  • One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Payments and subscriptions

  • Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance.
  • All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.
  • Paid plans include a 7-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods, but you can cancel at any time.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to monitor competitors for the purpose of harassment or defamation.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service beyond what is provided via the API.
  • Use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation.
  • Share your account credentials with others or resell access to the Service without written permission.
  • Overload our systems with excessive automated requests beyond your plan limits.

6. Intellectual property

The Zaith platform, including its code, design, and content, is owned by Zaith and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of brand data and content you input. You grant Zaith a limited license to use your input data solely to provide the Service.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may delete your account from account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately and we may delete your data per our retention policy.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zaith shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Zaith in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee 100% uptime, the accuracy of AI engine monitoring results, or that the Service will meet all your requirements.

9. Disclaimers

AI engine outputs are generated by third-party providers and may change without notice. Zaith is not affiliated with OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, Microsoft, Perplexity, xAI, or Meta. Visibility scores and rankings are estimates based on sampled queries and should not be treated as definitive measures of commercial performance.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-product notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
